TS ECET counselling 2024 schedule is yet to be officially announced. The counselling process of TS ECET exam 2024 will take place in online mode via the official website tsecet.nic.in. Candidates qualifying the TS ECET 2024 exam will be eligible to participate in the TS ECET counselling process 2024. The counselling process of TS ECET comprises the stages of fee payment, online slot booking, verification of certificates, registration, option entry and allotment of seats. Candidates who will be allotted seats via the TS ECET counselling process 2024 will have to report to the respective allotted institutes with the necessary documents.

Detailed Procedure of TS ECET Counselling 2024

Applicants can check the detailed step by step guide of the TS ECET 2024 counselling procedure mentioned below.

Step 1 : Fee Payment

Candidates are required to first pay the TS ECET counselling fee 2024. Applicants can follow the steps given below.

• Candidates have to go to the official website of TS ECET 2024
• Click on “Pay Processing Fee” tab
• For login they must enter Hall Ticket Number, Registration Form No (as printed on TS ECET admit card 2024), Date of Birth and Captcha Image value as shown on the screen display
• Now, they need to enter the necessary details like caste certificate, application number, mobile number, email Id & Aadhaar card number.
• Click on the “Submit” tab
• Check hall ticket number & rank and read guidelines for fee payment.
• Click on the “Pay Processing Fee” button.
• Select the mode of payment (Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card) and pay the requisite fee

Step 2 : Online Slot Booking

After the successful counselling fee payment, applicants will have to select an online slot booking for document verification. For online slot booking, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below.

• Open the official website of TS ECET
• Click on the “Slot Booking” tab on the screen 
• Login by using Hall Ticket Number, Registration Form Number, Date of Birth and Captcha Image value as shown on the screen.
• Applicants can click on the “Show available slots" button.
• Candidates have to select the nearest helpline centre from the drop-down list
• Dates available for TS ECET slot booking will be shown in “Green” colour.
• Candidates can select a suitable date and the time according to their choice for the document verification
• Check the Helpline centre details, slot booking date & time
• Click on “Yes”, he / she will receive a confirmation SMS on registered mobile number regarding slot booking
• Candidates must take a print out of the same for future reference

Step 3 : Attend Certificate Verification Process

• After booking the slot, candidates are required to report the selected helpline centre on the chosen / booked date & time
• Candidates will have to take all the necessary documents along with them for document verification process
• Applicants must reach ten minutes before the time slot for certificate verification and show the SMS of details to the exam authorities at the helpline centre

Step 4 : Candidates Registration

• After the document verification process, now candidates will have to register for TS ECET 2024 option entry. For this, they need to click on the “Candidate Registration” tab and fill in the details such as hall ticket number, registration number, rank & date of birth.
• Candidates also have to create a password for their “Candidate login” account

Step 5 : Option Entry

• Once the candidates create their log in account, they will have to log in to the official web portal
• After logging in, they have to click on the “Option Entry” tab and enter their choices of colleges / institutes and courses.
• Once the candidate completes his / her TS ECET 2024 option entry, they must freeze the choices before the last date

Step 6 : Seat Allotment

• TSCHE will release the TS ECET seat allotment 2024 result based on the candidate’s rank, seat availability and option entry
• Applicants will be able to check their seat allotment of TS ECET 2024 results on the official web portal by logging in to the candidate account
• Candidates must download their seat allotment letter in the PDF file and take a print out of the same for future reference

TS ECET 2024 Counselling - Spot Round

In order to fill the seats vacant after the TS ECET counselling 2024 process, TSCHE will conduct a TS ECET 2024 spot round counselling. Candidates who may not have been able to appear for TS ECET 2024 exam can also take part in this spot round after counselling fee payment.

• Go to the official website of TSCHE
• Log in by entering the User ID and password
• Candidates are required to fill in the details for the spot round.
• Take a printout of the form and submit it to the Chairman, TSCHE on or before the due date

Documents Required for TS ECET 2024 Counselling Process

Candidates must carry the following documents while participating in TS ECET 2024 counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates are required to carry the original documents along with their photocopies at the document verification centres:

• Class Xth certificate (As the Date of Birth Proof)
• Residence Certificate
• Class XIIth certificate

TS ECET Web Options 2024

TS ECET Option Entry 2024 will enable the candidates to select their colleges and courses of preference in online mode from the available list of TS ECET participating institutes 2024. Candidates registering successfully for the TS ECET counselling 2024 will be able to access the TS ECET web options 2024. It is advisable for the candidates to select as many choices as possible to increase their chances of admission at the TS ECET participating institutes 2024.

TS ECET 2023 Seat Allotment

TS ECET seat allotment 2024 will be released across phases on the official website tsecet.nic.in. Candidates will be able to access the seat allotment of TS ECET 2024 using their login credentials. Candidates who will be allotted seats will be required to self-report in online mode and pay the tuition fee before reporting to the allotted institute for the final admission process. Failure to self-report online and pay the registration fee will lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat.
