Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a resident of Bihar.
- Completed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Secured admission in a recognized college or university listed under the BSCC scheme.
Online Registration
- Visit the official BSCC portal at 7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in.
- Click on "New Applicant Registration."
- Fill in your details: name, date of birth, Aadhar card number, email ID, and phone number.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email for verification.
- After verification, create a login ID and password.
Fill Out the Application Form
- Log in to your account.
- Select "Bihar Student Credit Card" as the scheme.
