• For the M.Tech course, the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline. The applicant must hold a valid score in GATE.

• The Vikram Sarabhai Building: This block houses the Director's (Academics) administrative offices, the Departments of Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Examination Cell, and Training & Placement Cell.
• The Dhanvantri Block: The Dhanvantri Block houses the Chairman and Director's administrative offices, the Department of Pharmacy, and other administrative offices.
• The Vishvakarma Block: The Vishvakarma Block is home to the Mechanical Engineering and Management Studies Departments. The block also has a lecture hall with space for 110 people and other small rooms for student activities.
• Sir M. Visvesvaraya Block: This building houses the Departments of Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Basic Sciences and Humanities.
