What if I Am Missing a Document on the Day of Verification?

Custodian Certificate:If your originals are held by another college, bring a "Custodian Certificate" issued by that institution's principal. This is widely accepted at HLCs as a valid substitute.

Undertaking Form:You can request an "Undertaking Form" at the HLC. This allows you to complete the verification on the condition that you submit the missing document within 5–7 days of your slot date.
