Haryana NEET Merit List 2024: Documents Required for Verification

The students with their names in the Haryana NEET 2024 Merit List PDF need to show up at Atal Medical and Research University for document verification process. The following documents should be kept handy for document verification purposes:

NEET Merit List 2024: Tie-Breaking Criteria

Tie-breaking criteria are used to assign different ranks to students who have acquired equal scores in the NEET UG 2024 exam.

• When the overall scores are equal, students who performed better in the Biology section (Botany + Zoology) of the NEET UG 2024 exam will be assigned a higher rank. 
• In the second step of breaking the tie of equal scores, the scores of Chemistry section will be observed. Whoever performs better in the Chemistry section will be assigned a higher rank. 
• As a third measure of the tie-breaking process, the number of incorrect responses will be included. Students with fewer incorrect answers will receive higher rankings. 
• Last step taken for breaking the tie is the age criteria, a higher rank will be assigned to the student whose age is more than the other.

NEET Haryana Counselling Process 2024

Students can follow the steps given below to appear in the state-wise NEET Counselling Process 2024 conducted by DMER, Haryana. 

• Registration: Students have to register on the admission portal of DMER by entering their mobile number and email ID. Students will receive their login credentials on their registered mobile numbers. 

• Fill out the Application Form: Login into the admission portal and fill out all the important details and upload the required documents asked in the application form. Make sure you are filling out all the details carefully such as Date of Birth and  NEET score, this information will play a huge role in deciding your merit in the NEET Haryana rank list.

• Verification of Documents: The important details provided and documents uploaded on the admission portal will be verified by the officials. 

• Provisional NEET Haryana Rank List 2024: Once the merit list is released, students must check the DMER admission portal for the counselling dates of state-wise admission process.

• Seat Allotments: Students are allotted seats in the Medical/dental colleges based on their preferences filled in the “choice filling” section in the application form.

• Report to the allocated Colleges: Students must report to the allocated medical colleges for the final step of the counselling process. Make sure to carry the required documents offline verification process conducted by the colleges separately. The fee payment will be done after getting all the important documents re-checked by the concerned authority.
