The candidates who will be recruited for the Executive Trainee at NPCIL will be provided with a basic training salary package which will be increased after the training period on the basis of an individual’s performance. Bond Policy

The candidates who will be selected as the Executive Trainees at NPCIL will have to accept an agreement & employment bond with the organization. As per the bond, the candidates are liable to serve the organization for at least 3 years after the training period at a bond amount of INR 4,30,000/-. In case, the candidate wants to leave the organization before the bond period, he/she will have to pay the bond amount to NPCIL.

NPCIL will release an application form that all the candidates need to fill for recruitment. The candidates will have to fill the complete application form as per the GATE details. The shortlisting of the candidates for the selection process will be done based on the submitted application.

Application Fee

To apply for NPCIL recruitment through GATE 2023, the male candidates from the General & OBC category will have to pay an application fee of INR 500/-. There is no application fee for all other candidates.

Selection Process for NPCIL Recruitment through GATE 2023

The selection of the candidates for NPCIL will be done on the basis of the GATE entrance exam score. However, the candidates will also have to go through the personal interview round further. The personal interview round will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. The final selection of the candidates will depend on th personal interview round. • The selection of the eligible candidates will be done on the basis of online test on the different Engineering streams.
• After clearing online test, the candidates who qualify will be called for interview process at NPCIL, HQ, Mumbai.
• The list of candidates who have been qualified for online test will be released on the official website of NPCIL Recruitment.
• An email or SMS will also be sent to the candidates regarding the information of the interview.
• The students will be able to download their call letters for interview from the official website. For outstation candidates who are shortlisted to appear for the interview, two-way second-class sleeper train fare by shortest route or actual fare (whichever is less) will be given.
• Based on the personal interview, the dinal selection of the candidates will be done. The interview will be conducted for 100 marks out of which Unreserved (General) candidate has to score minimum 70% marks and reserved category candidates including PWD has to score minimum 60% marks to be qualified in the interview.
• Final merit list of candidates will be prepared based on number of vacancies and the marks scored in Personal Interview.
• The appointment of the selected candidates as Executive Trainee will be subject to Medical Fitness.

The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of personal interview round score and number of vacancies. The candidates who have their names on the merit list will be selected for recruitment.

NPCIL Training Period

The candidates who are selected after personal interviews will go through one-year orientation training. The training will be done at any of the Nuclear Training Centres of NPCIL located at Tarapur Maharashtra Site, Rawatbhata Rajasthan Site, MAPS Kalpakkam (Tamil Nadu), Kaiga Site (Karnataka), and Kudankulam (Tamil Nadu). The candidates who successfully complete their training period will be further appointed as Scientific Officer/C and posted at one of the Units/Sites/Offices of NPCIL located in different parts of the country. Increments will be done on the basis of the performance.
