Pharm D Application Process 2025
In order to take admission, candidates need to fill up the institute application form. The guidelines for filling up the common application form are discussed below:-
Step 1: Registration
The applicant needs to first register themselves at the institute's official website by providing their personal details such as name, email id and phone number.
You must provide the correct email address in the application form, as it will be used by the Admission Office for any communication
After the registration, the applicant has to fill up the application form with all their personal details, educational qualifications, qualifying exam and category.
The percentage written in the application form will be first considered.
Provide all the required information accurately and systematic format
Step 2: Photograph & Scanned Documents
While filling up the application form the applicants are also expected to upload various documents such as image, signature, proof of identity, etc
Candidates are also required to upload the accompanying scanned image of the document which are asked in the application form
Once all the documents have been downloaded, the candidate needs to submit the application form
In order to complete the application form, the candidate needs to submit the application fee.
Step 3: Application Fee

Pharm D Admission in India 2025: Selection Process
A lot of universities use the merit-based admissions process to choose applicants based on their scores on the board exam for class 12. If a candidate passes the class 12 exam, some institutions also offer direct admission to the PharmD program. PharmD admission is also determined by an entrance exam that is given by state, university, or central medical authorities. Based on their entrance exam scores, the candidates will be placed on a shortlist for admission.
