Student projects – The Acharya Institute encourages innovation and original thought. A one-seater hovercraft designed and built by the students of Acharya Institute is a testament to the above statement. In their final year project, a team of mechanical engineering students from Acharya Institute of Technology built an 8.5 feet long hovercraft that runs on a Yezdi Roadking 250cc, 16 bhp, two-stroke engine. It is capable of carrying 250 kilograms and is equipped with GPS.
Another set of students designed automobiles that were fueled by renewable sources of energy, avoiding the use of fossil fuels. It was a fuel-efficient miniature car and a motorbike, which the students of AIT designed.
Student Counselling – Acharya Institute has taken the initiative on career counseling for students who are still studying in higher secondary and have just passed out 10+2 or college. It is organized every year in association with Indian newspapers like Deccan Herald and Prajavani. Overall: The best part about this college is surely the campus I don’t know a lot about the management and stuff but once you’re here it takes you away the campus makes you feel at home
Placement: The placements aren’t very very bad they can be useful I mean the placements are better than nothing soo that’s a win. If your ranks are good and performance is acceptable then no need to worry about placements
Infrastructure: The buildings are super weird one of them looks like a creeperr face from Minecraft and the other looks like a rinnegan, there’s only one way to find out about the other buildings
Faculty: The AE faculty are super easy going, they aren’t super tedious or anything the others are pretty nagging, thier language sucks but they know a lot of things and they can teach you real stuff so yeah
Hostel: Hostel charges you unreal amounts of money for what value they provide to be honest this is the last option a student should resort to. Hostel is super good however the food sucks soo yeah
Overall: Really good campus and tons of canteen thus so much fees. whibc is 35k for a semester do the math for 3 years. Charges unwanted maintainance charge on top or that teaching staff are highly qualified but there will be no college placement offered.
Placement: Absolutely no placement selections what do ever even though they are tied up with many big tech companies I haven't seen any companies coming to our colleges in my 3 years of stay.
Infrastructure: There no other colleges which had the environmebt and class room like acharya total of 8 or 9 on campus canteen and amazing places for photo shoot and man made lake.
Faculty: I don't know about other branches but for BCA the staff is top notch with highly qualified teachers and who also encourage for self development and upskilling.
Hostel: There is no two words about the hotels as they charge a enormous amount of fees for hostel which they give justice for upto a 70% nice canteen good which is hegenic most importantly.
