About GPAT 2018

GPAT 2018 (short for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) had been organised on 21st January, 2018. GPAT is a national-level entrance test, which is organised by the All India Council of Technical Education, AICTE. Through this examination, candidates get admission in the postgraduate programmes in Pharmacy. GPAT 2018 registration started from 18th October, 2018, two days prior to the scheduled date, which was 20th October, 2018. A time window of about two months is given, during which aspirants can go to the official website to apply.

GPAT Eligibility Criteria 2018

The eligibility norms for appearing in GPAT 2018 is defined by AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education). Candidates should go through the norms before filling the online application form. The GPAT 2018 eligibility norm is given below:

  • Candidate should be a citizen of India.
  • Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, which means that 4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry candidates.
  • Candidates in the final year of B. Pharmacy programme are also eligible to appearing in the GPAT exam.
  • B.Tech in Pharmaceutical and fine chemical technology/any Equivalent examination candidates are not eligible to appear ...

GPAT 2018 Counselling will start tentatively on 20th February, 2018. Those who successfully pass GPAT 2018 with qualifying scores will be eligible for counselling.

  • Candidates can participate in the GPAT counselling organised by the institutions individually.
