CUSAT Common Admission Test (CUSAT CAT) 2021 is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kochi for admission to its various UG and PG courses.

Mobile No. | To be entered in the registration form. Candidates will be required to verify their mobile no. with an OTP sent via SMS. |
Photo ID Proof | All of the personal details of the applicants such as their Name, Father's & Mother's Name, Address etc. must be verifiable from their supporting documents and must be entered correctly. |
Class 10th Mark Sheet/ Certificate | Class 10th documents are required to verify the date of birth of a candidate. They will also be required to enter their roll number and marks in the application form. |
Class 12th Mark Sheet/ Certificate | Information such as the name of the school, name of the board, passing year, roll number etc. will be required from the Class 12th document of a candidate. Candidates appearing for Class 12th exams will only be required to have their Class 10th documents. |
Category Certificate | Candidates applying for reserved seats must have a valid category or caste certificate to be eligible. Else, they will be considered for general or unreserved seats only. |
Scanned Photograph and Signature | Scanned copies of your latest passport size photograph and signature will be required for upload in the CUSAT CAT 2021 Application Form. |
Scorecard of CAT/ KMAT/ CMAT | Candidates applying for MBA admissions in CUSAT will be required to enter their marks obtained in any of CAT 2020/ KMAT Kerala 2021/ CMAT 2021 |
