MSM Meerut - Admission 2024, Fees, Courses, Placement, Ranking

The Master School of Management course admissions for the 2023 session are open. Students can apply for the same through the official website msmindia.org. Master School of Management was established in 1996 under the supervision of the Siya Ram Kasturi Devi Educational Society. MSM has a lush green 6-acre campus in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). It is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Master School of Management Meerut offers BBA, MBA, PGDM, B.Ed, and D.El.Ed. MSM Meerut has been awarded as the Platinum Category Institution in India by the AICTE. The MSM Meerut placement is offered in industries like marketing, finance, consultancy, FMCG, etc. As per the latest NIRF Report of 2023, 73 out of 84 undergraduate and postgraduate students bagged placements. The average packages was Rs 6.19 lakh per annum. 

1. Merit-Based Scholarship

• All male candidates are only eligible for monetary compensation (scholarship) in one category.
• All-female candidates are eligible for monetary compensation (scholarship) in only one category (Management Entrance Test/Past Academic Record), which will add to the female scholarship. 
• There are no scholarships that can be combined; the PGDM scholarship is for the entire course.
•  Applicants must maintain at least 80% attendance in each subject throughout the academic year.

     2. MSM Scholarships for Women

MSM provides a ten per cent financial reward scholarship in tuition fees to female students. Candidates may be eligible for the scholarship in various categories, but the scholarship can only cover up to 50% of the tuition fee.

• MSMprovides a 10% Financial Reward (Scholarship) in tuition fees to female students to empower them.
• Any candidate may be eligible for Financial Reward (Scholarship) in multiple categories, but the maximum Financial Reward (Scholarship) offered is only 50% of the tuition fee.

For Under Graduation

• Those who have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised Board are eligible for admission to the UG programme.
• The applicants are admitted based on their performance in the qualifying examination, followed by their performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

For MBA (Master of Business Administration)

• To be eligible for Master School of Management MBA admissions, candidates must hold a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 50% (General Category) and 45 per cent (SC/ST) in their previous qualifying exam.
• Candidates must have received a valid score on the CAT/MAT entrance exam.

For PGDM

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university is required.
• Candidates must have a valid score in ATMA/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT and the basic qualifications.
• Candidates with prior work experience will be given priority admission.

For Diploma

• MSM Meerut provides a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university are eligible for admission to the D.El.Ed. programme.
• The eligible candidates for the D.EL. ED courses are chosen through an entrance examination conducted according to the regulations of the Examination Regulatory Authority of Uttar Pradesh.

• Candidates must register or log in to the official website.
• Candidates must complete the MSM Meerut application formonline and include all required information.
• Then they must upload the necessary documents.
• The application fee must be paid online by candidates.
• Make a copy of the application form for future use.
• TheMaster School of Management application fee is Rs 1,000 for each application.

MAT- The All India Management Association (AIMA) administers the Management Aptitude Test (MAT), a national-level entrance exam for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. The exam is given four times a year, in February, May, September, and December. Qualifying candidates are eligible for admission to over 800 business schools that accept MAT scores.

The MAT is administered in three modes: offline (Paper Based Test or PBT), online (Computer Based Test or CBT), and remotely proctored (Internet Based Test or IBT). 

CAT- The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a management aptitude test that a candidate must pass to be admitted to the MBA programmes offered by 20 IIMs and over 1,200 B-schools in India. 

ATMA- ATMA is a national-level exam administered by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) for admission to MBA, PGDM, MCA, and PGDBA programmes. Over 750 management institutes accept ATMA scores in India for admission to management programmes.

CMAT- The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. The CMAT is one of India's most popular MBA entrance exams. 

XAT -The XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is a national-level management entrance exam administered by XLRI, Jamshedpur, for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. The XAT exam paper contains 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Decision Making, Verbal & Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge. Every January, the XAT exam is held on the first Sunday. XAT cut-offs for XLRI's PGDM-BM programme are typically in the 95th percentile for male candidates and the 92nd percentile for female candidates.
