Panjab University 2023 result was released for B.Ed Special Education (Learning Disability) (4th semester) examination of May 2023, on August 18, 2023. The university also released exam results of multiple courses at both UG and PG levels such as B.Voc Multimedia (Graphics and Animation) (6th semester), M.A. Community Education and Development (2nd and 4th semester), Master of Arts Defence & Strategic Studies (2nd semester) Master of Fine Arts (2nd semester) and Advance Diploma Course in Russian, on August 14, 2023. Punjab University also released results of M.Lib.Sc (2nd semester) and B.Sc (Honours) Anthropology (4th and 6th semesters) on August 11, 2023.

Panjab University Admission: The NEET UG Counselling 2023 Round 2 choice-filling ended on August 16, 2023. Punjab NEET PG 2023 Counselling Display of Provisional Merit List was held on the same date. Students had to be prepared with their roll number. 

Panjab University Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2023, in the overall rank band is 801-1000, and the score obtained overall is 29.8-33.9. For Research the score obtained was 14.6, and for Citations 60.0. For teaching it received a score of 30.5, and for Industry Income the score was 37.5. The Cut-off marks and merit list for the PU-CET SCORE-CET exam, 2023 for admission to PU-CET SCORE is usually released around the third week of September each year. The cut-off marks for the different courses are calculated as 15% of the marks scored by the un-reserved category and 10% for the reserved category. The percentile of each stream will be evaluated and added with the scores of the previous qualifications to the PU-CET Score the rank of an applicant as per the merit list. A weightage of 25 % marks is the PU-CET Score on the higher secondary marks and 75 % for the graduation to post-graduation marks as applicable.
