GATE 2024 registration is to begin today at gate2024.iisc.ac.in by IISC Bangalore. Candidates may register for GATE 2024 without a late fee by September 29, 2023. The last date for GATE registration (with a late fee) is October 13, 2023. IIT JAM 2024 registration can be done from September 5, 2023. JoSAA 2023 seat allotment for Round 6 has been out on July 28, 2023. The last date to respond to JoSAA 2023 seat allotment Round 6 for NIT Jamshedpur is July 26, 2023. The result of the JoSAA seat allotment for 2023 (Round 4) is currently published. The first round of NIT Jamshedpur B.Tech cut off 2023 is out now. Students can now access it on the JoSAA official website. The declaration of the CCMT Seat Allotment Result for Round 1 for NIT Jamshedpur M.Tech has been announced.
Established as a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Bihar in 1960, NIT Jamshedpur is the foremost institute in India and a highly regarded centre for teaching and research. The institute has obtained the status of an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Education (MoE). NIT Jamshedpur is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The NIT Jamshedpur was ranked 86th in the engineering category by the NIRF in 2021 and 79th in the engineering category in 2020. It has collaborated with several other universities worldwide for research projects, conferences, and publications. It has many active MoUs with national and international universities. UG aspirants have to undergo the JEE Main 2022 counselling process conducted by JoSAA to get admission to the NIT Jamshedpur B.Tech programme.

JoSAA has published the NIT Jamshedpur B.Tech cut off 2023 round 6. Before that, JoSAA authorities published round 5, round 4, round 3, around 2, and round 1. The cutoffs will be based on the JEE Main 2023 scores obtained by the candidates. This year, nearly 9.5 lakh candidates appeared for the JEE Main 2023. Students who have passed the exam must apply through JoSAA 2023 for NIT Jamshedpur B.Tech admissions 2023.

Overall: Overall i'm satisfied with my college.I have chosen this course as I'm very interested in software and I really love programming. Our course helps students to get placed soon as it have lot of companies offering jobs for our course.Many technical events are conducted. We have sports club in our college which conducts sports meet every year and we have cricket ground, football ground, basketball court many badminton courts. Tech fest and Cultural fests are also conducted yearly. Campus surroundings are good and we have greenery in the campus.
Placement: Around 60 percent of outgoing batch of our course are getting placed every year. Highest package offered is around 6 lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 3 lakhs per annum and the lowest package offered is 1 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are HCL, Infosys, Amazon, IBM, Microsoft and TCS. Among these companies Amazon recruits the maximum number of students in our college. About 10-15% of the students get interns in our course in the companies like TCS, HCL and Knoldus. Top role offered in our course is Manager.
Infrastructure: When we talk about infrastructure, our college have top class facilities. We have 24/7 Wi-Fi, well equipped lab facilities, better classrooms, AC Library. We have many computer labs available for our department.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly with the students. They are well qualified and very helpful to students. Teaching quality is really good as they adopt a friendly way of teaching the students. We are very free to interact with our professors to clarify our doubts regarding our classes. Our course is designed by highly qualified professors and they take care while designing course curriculum to be relevant for the students industry ready soon after completing their course.
Hostel: Hostel rooms are very clean and the size of the rooms are pretty comfortable. Three students are alloted for one room. In hostel we have 24/7 water facility, electricity and Wi-Fi. Mess food is not up to the mark.
