The Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya application form is available both in online and offline form. Candidates willing to apply offline have to download the application form and submit it at the university premises. On the other hand, students willing to fill out online forms have to apply online, upload documents and pay the application fee in online mode. The DSVV Haridwar application fee is Rs 1,000 (non-refundable without gateway charges). Candidates shall also know that the university holds all the right to cancel the application of any candidate without any prior notice to the student. Along with the registration fee, a refundable caution fee of Rs 1000 will also be charged to the student during admission.
