Eligibility Criteria

For UG Courses

  • Completion of 10+2 (Class 12) from a recognised board with relevant subjects.
  • Minimum aggregate of 45–50% marks (40% for reserved categories).
  • For B.Sc. (Science streams), Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2 are required.
  • For B.E. / B.Tech, admission is based on TNEA counselling (last date to register: June 2, 2026).

For PG Courses

  • A bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
  • For B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture/Horticulture and M.Sc. (Agri.), admission is through TNAU counselling.
  • For MBA and MCA, valid scores in TANCET or CEETA are required.

For Ph.D. Programme

  • A master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks in the relevant subject.
  • Candidates with UGC NET / JRF / CSIR qualifications may be given preference.
  • Admission is based on the university's entrance examination.

How to Apply for Annamalai University Admission

Online Application (Regular Campus)
