Overall: The college administration routinely focus its teaching staff to act as a Admission agent, tasked with collecting students and securing admission. This is unacceptable misallocation of skilled academic professionals. Our expertise lie in Educating, not Sales and Marketing. These practice not only demeans the role of a professor but also clearly indicates that the institutions prioritizes revenue generation over the quality of education and dignity of its staff. My Advice:- To Prospective Faculty:- Avoid this institutions. You will be exploited as a salesperson and your academic career will suffer. To prospective Students:- A college that exploits its teacher and forces them into the marketing role instead of focusing on teaching and research can not provide a quality, ethically-grounded education. Your learning environment is directly impacted by this toxic administrative culture.
Placement: There is no proper placement cell. They promise made during admission are outrights lies. The number of reputable companies visiting the campus is ZERO.
Infrastructure: JNM College infrastructure is severally lacking and fails to meets most basic standards of a basic educational institutes. This campus is plagued with chronic water storage, with clean and filtered drinking water is rarely available, causing significant inconvenience for both students and staff.
Faculty: the faculty members themselves are knowledgeable and capable in their subjects, but the college administration severely undermines their integrity by forcing them to focus on non teaching deities,
Hostel: The hostel facility are utterly unacceptable. Basic amenities are a constant struggle, clean water is unreliable and the sanitation is horrifying. washroom and common area are neglected and no evidence of daily cleaning.
