To be eligible for the M.Plan. (Master of Planning) degree at Karpagam Academy of Higher Education Coimbatore, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Planning from a recognized university. Additionally, applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Economics, Sociology, or Environmental Science may also be considered, provided they have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Candidates must have a valid score in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university or any other national-level entrance examination. Admissions are subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria and the selection process conducted by the institution.

- Character certificate from the last attended institution
- Migration certificate from the last attended institution
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Passport size photographs
- Aadhaar card or any other government-issued ID proof
