    RAJUVAS Bikaner Fee Structure and List of Courses

    The University admits students various veterinary and animal science degree courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. The OUAT application is completed entirely online. Interested candidates can obtain a copy of the relevant admission application form from the University's official website and submit it online, along with the required cost of Rs 1,000, using the available online payment mechanism. Candidates seeking admission to the University must meet the prerequisites for the courses they choose to pursue. Admission to UG programs is based on performance in the RVPT (Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Test), whereas eligible students for PG and PhD programs must take the Pre-PG Entrance Examination. RAJUVAS is in charge of all entrance examinations.

    The fee structure at the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bikaner is reasonable compared to other universities.     Candidates applying for the five-year B.V.Sc. & A.H. course must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board of education.

    Reserved contestants receive 40% of the total marks.

    Diploma

    16000 (Fee for 1st year)

    The candidate must pass the 10+2 or qualifying exam with a Science or Agriculture stream (possible topics include physics, chemistry, and biology) (with Biology as an optional subject).

    PhD

    15740 (Fee for 1st year)

    Candidates must have an M.V.Sc. Degree with a 6.50 out of 10 OGPA in the general category and a 6.0 out of 10 OGPA in the reserved category.

    M.Sc. in Veterinary Microbiology/ Veterinary Biochemistry/ Physiology and Biochemistry/ Animal Genetics and Breeding/ Obstetrics and Gynecology/ Animal Nutrition or M.Sc./M.Tech. in Animal Biotechnology is required for Animal Biotechnology applicants.

    The general and reserved categories require a B.Sc. degree (Biology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences) with a 6.00 out of 10 OGPA and 5.50 out of 10 OGPA, respectively.

    Important Note:

    • The fee for late registration is Rs 50 per day for the first 15 days.
    • Professional fees for the B.V. Sc. and A.H. program are Rs 2.0 lac a year for the payment of a Self-finance seat, which is paid in one instalment and is in addition to the regular fees.
    • In addition to the usual tuition, the M.V. Sc program has professional fees of Rs 25,000 per semester for payment or self-finance seats.

    RAJUVAS Admission Dates 2022

    Admissions for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, PhD, M.Sc. and other degrees at the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bikaner are now available for 2022. Candidates seeking admission to RAJUVAS UG programs must take the RPVT (Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test). The application deadline for RAJUVAS Admission 2022 is April 25, 2022.

    RAJUVAS courses, such as the Diploma course, are admitted solely based on merit. Admission to PhD, M.V.Sc., B.V. Sc., and A.H., M.Sc. programs, on the other hand, is dependent on the candidate's performance in the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bikaner Entrance Exam and viva voce. In April, the application form for RAJUVAS admissions will be available.

    The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Application Process 2022

    The institution provides M.V.Sc. Programs in 18 specialities and M.Sc. programs in one specialization with 118 and 2 seats, respectively, at the postgraduate level. PhD programs are available in 12 fields of study. Aside from this, the University has 75 Institutes that offer a Multi-Skill Development Program and a two-year diploma in Animal Husbandry. Admission to the M.V.Sc. and M.Sc. programs is based on performance in the University's Pre-PG Entrance Exam. Admission to the PhD program is based on the University's Pre PhD test results.

    Individuals who qualified in 10+2, HSC with 50% Marks in Chemistry, Physical, and Biology are eligible to apply for B.V. Sc and A.H. Based on the applicant's score in RPVT Entrance Exam, which the University conducts, the officials will give admissions for H.A. and B.V. Sc. Admission to Diploma programs is based on performance in the qualifying test.

    How To Apply for RAJUVAS Courses

    • Visit the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences' official admissions website (https://www.rajuvas.org).
    • Choose a course and complete the registration form with the relevant information, such as your educational qualifications, date of birth, personal information, and contact information, such as your phone number, address, etc.
    • Scan your signature and 
    • colour photos to upload with the RAJUVAS application form. Candidates are recommended to maintain all essential documents, such as birth certificates, category certificates, last qualifying degree certificates, and so on, to avoid any difficulties during the admission process.
    • Finally, before the deadline, submit the RAJUVAS application form.
    • Pay the application fee for the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences using any online payment method, including net banking, credit and debit cards, BHIM UPI, Paytm, and others.
    • Candidates are recommended to save the fee receipt as proof of payment for future reference.
    • The transaction is cancelled, and the deducted money is reimbursed to the candidate's account if the Confirmation Page is not generated after completing the fee payment. The candidates must next conduct trades once again.
    • Eligible candidates will be invited to take the RAJUVAS entrance exam. Aspirants must fill the RAJUVAS application form 2022 with their NEET score.
    • Candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted personally for a group discussion and personal interview. The candidate's performance in all selection phases is then used to determine admission.
    • The RAJUVAS Entrance Exam is required for admission. The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences admission committee invites eligible candidates for a viva voce interview (the admission committee is different for different courses). Candidates are chosen for RAJUVAS admission based on their overall performance in their previous qualifying exams, RPVT scores, and Viva-voce scores.
    • The University administers a Pre-PhD Test for admission. Candidates who have qualified for the ICAR SRF, ICAR nominees, foreign nationals sponsored by ICAR/GOI, and in-service candidates of the University (who have completed the academic requirements) are excused from taking the University's Pre PhD entrance exam.
    • Admission to the B.V. Sc. and A.H. programs is based on a valid score in the RPVT (Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Competitive Examination), followed by counselling.
    • The University's Pre PG-Entrance Test determines admission to M.V.Sc. and M.Sc. programs.
    • Admission to the diploma program is based on the qualifying examination results or the 10+2 exams.
    • Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PWD, and EWS are eligible for marks concession as per the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences' approved admission policy.

    RAJUVAS Cut Off

    The RPVT cut-off list will be announced by officials from the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences in Bikaner ahead of the admission dates. Cutoff marks are important for admission to any RAJUVAS course. Based on the Entrance Exam, the University will set its cut-off. Candidates seeking admission to RAJUVAS should know the minimum marks and ranks required to obtain a place in the chosen RAJUVAS UG, PG, Diploma, and other programs.     RAJUVAS admits students to UG programs based on their performance in the RVPT (Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Test) and PG and PhD programs based on their performance in the RAJUVAS Pre-PG Entrance Examination.     The RAJUVAS Scholarships

    The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences gives scholarships to students depending on their performance in the University's undergraduate and postgraduate examinations. RAJUVAS Bikaner provides scholarships on the following terms:

    • Post-metric scholarships for members of the SC, ST, and Nomadic Tribes
    • Merit Scholarships at Universities
    • The Government of India (GOI) offers scholarships through the Director of College Education and the Government of Rajasthan (GOR) through newspaper advertisements.
    • GOR's Director of Primary and Secondary Education awards scholarships. Bikaner
    • Scholarships for children and widows of Defense servicemen killed in the wars against China (1962) and Pakistan (1973). (1965 and 1971). Scholarship applications can be obtained from the District Soldiers Board (DSB) office and should be presented with the entitlement card.
    • MVSc and PhD students can apply for scholarships directly through the Government of India, including free ships and half-free ships for needy and deserving candidates (in each class).
    • Other sources of information: Scholarships are available from the Mrs Kusum Rathore Memorial Trust for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
    • When a Junior Research Fellowship or Senior Research Fellowship is posted, a direct application to ICAR is required.
    • Contingency funding for the thesis: MVSc students of Rs 5,001 and PhD (CW students of Rs 800) are eligible for a thesis contingency allowance, which may be found on the official website.

    Scholarship - 1 The institution and the government offer a variety of merit-based scholarships to undergraduate and postgraduate students who participate in university-sponsored examinations. The ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) gives Rs 170/- per month as a scholarship. It is open to students whose parents earn less than Rs 750/- per month, have received at least 60% in their previous qualifying exams, and are Indian citizens. In lieu of the scholarship, pupils whose parents' income surpasses Rs 750/- per month will get a national reward of Rs 125/- and a merit certificate.

    Scholarship - 2 Scholarships for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Nomadic Tribes (Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Nomadic Tribes) (Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Nomadic Students from scheduled tribes/nomadic tribes are eligible for Rs 280/- p.m. scholarships if their parent's or guardian's income does not exceed Rs 5001/- p.m.

    Scholarship - 3 Merit Scholarship.

    Students with a parent or guardian with an annual income of less than Rs 20000/- and 60 per cent or higher in their last qualifying examination are eligible to apply for this award.

    RAJUVAS Campus Facilities and Infrastructure

    Campus: The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences has everything a student needs for their total growth on its campus. RAJUVAS university is situated in Bijey Bhawan Palace Complex, Near Deendayal Upadhyay Circle, Bikaner - 334001, Rajasthan, India. The RAJUVAS Bikaner site houses a variety of schools and special programmes, classroom complexes, student, professor, and residential staff quarters, a fully operational 24-hour healthcare centre, and an administration block. Furthermore, the campus has a sports area for indoor and outdoor games, a gym, ATM, library, mess, and shopping facilities.

    Library: They built Library in a large area. The RAJUVAS Library consists of multiple language books with all subjects, journals, etc. Students can get more knowledge with the help of those books.

    Hostel: Separately, a boy's hostel is offered. In the boy's hostel on campus, there are facilities for sports, football, hockey, kabaddi, cricket, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and lights to play basketball and volleyball at night. Separately, a girl's hostel is offered. Basketball, volleyball, and badminton are available in the girl's hostel.

    Canteen: The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bikaner campus also provides a student canteen facility. All types of foods like North Indian, South Indian, Chinese food and many more items are available in the canteen. 

    Sports: Activities & Sports are a regular part of the college curriculum in the RAJUVAS, and they encompass all outdoor and indoor games and athletics. The RAJUVAS main campus is a 320-acre eco-friendly environment with extensive playgrounds and excellent game and sports facilities. Two tennis courts and one badminton court, both with lighting for night play, are located on the main University campus.

    Gym: On the University campus, there is also a Gymnasium for students. Exercise equipment includes a four-station multi-gym, a roller trade mill, a cross trainer, an orbit bike, a standing, and sitting twister, a pro-curl bench, and an abdominal pro-bench.

    Wi-fi: All laboratories, libraries, hostels, auditoriums and lecture halls, and even guesthouses on the RAJUVAS campus have high-speed internet. Teachers, students, and support staff may quickly access data, voice, multimedia, video conferencing services, research, e-learning, and business applications due to this new standard for next-generation wireless technology for wi-fi networks.

    Faculty: Many faculty members are assigned to a specific subject who are experts in their field and have the necessary skills. RAJUVAS' faculty members are strict but supportive. They are entirely focused on the improvement of their students. Teachers at RAJUVAS are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They teach outstandingly, using both online and offline techniques to offer lectures. The college's teachers had extensive knowledge in their respective fields. They were all extremely helpful and supportive. They received their studies at IIT and NIT, respectively. The majority of them had doctorates.

    Alumni: The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bikaner alumni organization has a strong network.

    IT Infrastructure: RAJUVAS has the best infrastructure on its campus. All students, project staff, and faculty members use email, computers, and internet services. They also provide students with various E-services, arithmetic, and visualization in a research study.

    Medical/Hospital: Emergency Medical Kit is available on campus. A Special Ambulance with a doctor is there to treat the students. 

    Banking: The RAJUVAS provides a 24/7 banking facility on campus. All Banks ATMs are available at the University. Students can utilize them at any time.

    Laboratories: The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bikaner laboratories are fully air-conditioned and equipped with various modern instrumental facilities in all subjects. They are luxurious but also well-equipped.
