A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects or any other examination.
College of Engineering and Management, Kapurthala specifies an application process wherein the candidate has to visit the official website of the college to download the application form, select the admission criteria and download the application form. The candidate must finally fill the application form, and submit it with the necessary documents. The institute allows both speed post or personally dropping off the documents at the institute.
The documents that are required to be submitted are Class X Mark sheet, Character Certificate, Medical Certificate, Six Passport Size photographs, Class XII Mark Sheet, Domicile Certificate, Migration Certificate, and Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable).
The admission to all the courses offered by the college is through two ways. One of them is to qualify JEE 2019 and participate in the online counselling that is conducted by PTU Jalandhar. Students from Punjab state (10+2 Non-medical given in Punjab) will be eligible for 85 per cent quota whereas students from other states are eligible for 15 per cent quota.
A candidate must have passed a Bachelor's degree with Mathematics at Intermediate (10+2) level or should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at graduation level to be able to take up MCA at CEMK.
Candidates who want to go for MCA at CEMK, Kapurthala are selected on the basis of merit. Students from Punjab state (+2 Non-medical given in Punjab) will be eligible for 85 per cent quota and students from other states can apply for 15 per cent quota.
Candidate should have completed BE/B.Tech in Relevant stream.
Candidate should have completed graduation from recognized university.
