Online Registration: In the first step, students are required to register themselves by entering basic details like name, gender, mobile number and email ID. An application number and password will be generated and sent to their registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 3 -

Payment of Application Fee:  students will be directed to the fee payment pagewhere they will have to pay the application fee of Tamil Nadu Polytechnic 2022 in online mode through debit/credit card or Internet banking.

Step 4 -

Submission of Application Form: The last step of the application process is the submission of the form. students must carefully check all the details entered by them in the application form and then click on the “Submit” button.

The Tamil Nadu Polytechnic Admissions selection process is done strictly on the basis of merit. The Directorate of Technical Education at Tamil Nadu does not conduct any entrance examination for shortlisting students for the polytechnic admissions in Tamil Nadu. The students are selected for the polytechnic courses based on the marks they score in class 10 (SSLC) level. Students compete for the polytechnic seats in Tamil Nadu on the basis of the aggregate percentage scored by them in the qualifying examination.
