Gurugram University Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

The PhD admissions at Gurugram University are currently ongoing. The university conducts its own Entrance Test to grant PhD admissions. The PhD entrance test for all courses will be conducted on March 3, 2023. For the Gurugram University course admissions to PhD, candidates can start downloading the admit card from February 22, 2023, onwards. In case the candidate is unable to download the admit card for the PhD entrance examination, it must be informed to the university before February 27, 2023. Further, admission to all UG and PG programmes at the university for the 2023 session is now open. For the M.Pharm admissions, valid scores of GPAT are considered by the university. The GPAT 2023 registration started on February 13, 2023, and will go on till March 6, 2023. The various important dates for the Gurugram University admission 2023-2024 are mentioned below.

• The course admissions to the B.Pharm, B.Pharm (LEET), B.Tech, and, B.Tech (LEET) courses are made by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). 
• The Gurugram University admission 2023 for M.Com and MBA will be based on the scores of a common entrance test conducted by the university. 
• In the case where there are less than 50% admissions to a programme, admission to such programmes will not be made and candidates will have the choice to opt for another programme provided they meet the eligibility criteria for the other course selected.

Gurugram University Admission Criteria 2023

For the Gurugram University course admissions, candidates must ensure that the eligibility criteria for the course selected are being duly fulfilled. If the criterion is met, the candidates must complete the online application form. A printed copy of the form is to be submitted to the university during the physical counselling. Candidates can apply for multiple programmes, but the admission form and fee for each course will be separate. Based on the detailed evaluation of all applications, the university will prepare a merit list which will be displayed on the official website of the university. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list will have to report to the university for physical counselling. If selected, they must pay the course fee online or at the fee counter of Gurugram University within the mentioned deadline. The step-by-step application process is mentioned below.

Step 1: Visit the admission portal through the site gu.aimserp.co.in. 

Step 2: Register as a fresh applicant by entering the details like name, email id, mobile number, password, and, DOB. Click on ‘Register’.

Step 3: Once registered successfully, sign in by clicking on the ‘Sign In’ button using the registered email id and password. 

Step 4: As the next step in the Gurugram University admission process, click on ‘View’. A list of all the UG and PG courses will be displayed. 

Step 5: From this list of courses, click on ‘Apply Now’ against the course you wish to apply for. 

Step 6: A detailed admission form will appear in a new tab. Fill in all the details in the correct format. Upload all the documents in the prescribed format and size only. 

Step 7: Click on ‘I agree’ and pay the Gurugram University admission fees. The application fees for different categories is as follows:
