Gurugram University Scholarships 2025 - Details, Eligibility, Amount

Gurugram University provides various scholarships to its students on the basis of merit as well as need. The scholarships aim to provide quality and affordable education to the students of the university. The Gurugram University Scholarship is offered in 3 types as mentioned below:

Scholarship 1

The entire tuition fee is waived on the proposal of the Chairperson of the respective Department and the approval of the Vice Chancellor of the university. The scholarship is only applicable if students meet the following criteria:

• Students must have a legitimate income certificate or affidavit stating that the family's annual income is less than Rs 2.5 lakh
•  The students’ attendance on the date of the application must be at least 75%
•  All prior exams for the relevant course must be successfully completed
• If the parent of the candidate passed away during the session.

Scholarship 2

This Gurugram University scholarship scheme  is provided to children or spouses of the university personnel who passed away while in service. These include:

• A concession on the entire tuition charge.
• A 3/4th percent discount on the development fee.

Scholarship 3:

As part of this scholarship of Gurugram University, the following may be applicable:

• All programmes except PhD may be offered at a 50% discount to the university employees and their dependents (daughters, siblings, sons, sisters, and spouses who are unemployed and are entirely reliant on him/her and living with him/her).
•  50% of the tuition fees for all UG and PG courses are waived for parents with solely female children.
•  The applicants in the BPL category and candidates who lost both parents during the Covid-19 pandemic.
