Candidates seeking admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme must satisfy the criteria mentioned below:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent under the 10+2+3 system in any discipline. 
• Must have obtained not less than 50% marks from a university recognised by AICTE/UGC/AIU.
• Candidates awaiting results or in the final year may also apply, provided they prove the minimum required qualification. The same shall be done before the beginning of the first term examination. 

IPM Lucknow PGDM Application Process 2024

Candidates applying for admission must fill up the prescribed application form and submit the same to the admission office of IPM Lucknow. Candidates may obtain the application form along with the brochure by paying an amount of Rs 500. Candidates can also download the same from the official website of the institute. The fee can be submitted in the form of demand draft of Rs 500 in favour of "Institute of Productivity & Management" payable at Lucknow. 

IPM Lucknow PGDM Selection Process 2024

IPM Lucknow PGDM Selection Process includes a three-step process:

• The first round would be based on the performance of the candidate in any of the management admission tests like CAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ XAT/ JMET/ CMAT/ GMAT or equivalent test recognised by AICTE.
• In the second round, the candidates will be asked to participate in a Group Discussion. The date(s) for GD/PI would be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through email and letter. Information regarding GD/PI dates will also be available on the website.
• Lastly, the candidate has to attend a personal interview.

Final selection of candidates for the programme will be based on an evaluation of the candidate’s entrance test score, academic record, group discussion and personal interview score. Successful candidates will be informed via letter/e-mail. The selected candidates must pay their first instalment of the fee within the given timeframe as mentioned in the Admission offer, failing which shall lead to the withdrawal of the offer.
Ineligible candidates can be rejected at any stage of the admission procedure and in all matters of admission. The decision of the admission committee shall be final and binding.
