For B. Tech First Year - Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science as compulsory subjects with minimum marks of 45% or 5.0 CGPA for Gen/OBC and 40% or 4.5 CGPA for SC/ST category. Candidates who are appearing in the 10+2 or equivalent examination may also apply.

For B. Tech Lateral Entry – Candidate must have passed 3 or 4-year Diploma in a technical stream from institutions recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education or B.Sc. degree with Maths with 45% or 5 CGPA for GEN/OBC and 40% or 4.5 CGPA for SC/ST. Candidate will be offered admission in the third semester of B.Tech. only in that stream of engineering in which he has obtained Diploma

For B.Tech in Bio-Science & Technology

Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Maths/ Biology as compulsory subject along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science with minimum 45% or 5 CGPA for General/ OBC and 40% or 4.5 CGPA for SC/ ST category.

For B. Tech. (Lateral) - Candidate must have passed 3 or 4 year Diploma in technical stream from institutions recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education or B.Sc. in Biology/ Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Maths/ Physiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Agriculture with   B.Sc.- 45% or 5.0 CGPA for GEN/OBC and 40% marks or 4.5 CGPA for SC/ST Category. Candidate will be offered admission in the third semester of B.Tech.

For BCA

SRMU BCA Eligibilty Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics/ Computer Science with 45% or 5 CGPA for General/ OBC and 40% or 4.5 CGPA for SC/ ST. In case candidate has done 10+2 in other streams with 45% or 5 CGPA for General/ OBC and 40% or 4.5 CGPA for SC/ ST, admission can be offered if has completed DOEACC 'O' Level certificate in Computer Science.

SRMU B.Arch Eligibilty Criteria

Candidate must have qualified National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or any aptitude test in architecture drawn on the pattern as prescribed by COA Education Regulations, 2015. In addition to this, the candidate must have passed 12th or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board with minimum aggregate marks of 50% along with Maths as compulsory subject.

OR

Candidate must have qualified National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or any aptitude test in architecture drawn on the pattern as prescribed by COA Education Regulations, 2015. In addition to this, the candidate must have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/ State Governments with 50% aggregate marks.

For M.Tech

Candidate will be offered admission in M. Tech. only in that stream of Engineering in which he has obtained B. Tech. 
For M. Tech (Environmental Engg), candidates must have passed B. Tech (any stream) from any recognized University or AICTE recognized Institute/College with minimum aggregate marks of 50% or 5.5 CGPA for GEN/OBC and 45% marks or 5.0 CGPA for SC/ST Category or M.Sc. (any stream) with 45% marks or 5.0 CGPA for GEN/OBC and 40% marks or 4.5 CGPA for SC/ST Category. 
For M. Tech (CS), candidates must have passed MCA/M.Sc.(CS)/MA(CA)/ M.Sc.(IT)/M.Sc. (Electronics)/B. Tech (EC) from any recognized University or AICTE recognized Institute/College with minimum aggregate marks of 50% or 5.5 CGPA for GEN/OBC and 45% marks or 5.0 CGPA for SC/ST Category.

In addition to the above mentioned basic M. Tech (Regular) eligibility, candidates must have at least 2 years Teaching/Industrial/Research/Professional Work Experience for 3 years M. Tech (Part Time) in CE, ME, CS, EC & EE.

SRMU B.Tech+M.Tech Eligibilty Criteria

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects alongwith one of the Chemistry/Computer Science/Technical Vocational Subject. Candidate must obtained minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade for GEN/OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST Category in the above subjects taken together. 
(a) Student directly enrolled in Integrated B. Tech Program since 1st Year will be eligible for the programme as per the eligibility criteria. In case, the student shows his/her willingness to exit from it, will be allowed to do so in 3rd Year during VI semester by applying on a prescribed format. 
(b) As, the process of integration starts in the Final Year of B. Tech. i.e. in 4th Year. Interested students who are pursuing Regular or Integrated B. Tech. Program with 6.0 CGPA or more till V Semester with no ‘F’ Grade in any subject have to apply for B. Tech. M. Tech. Integrated Program in a prescribed format in 3rd Year during the VI Semester. Preference for integrated course will be given to students enrolled in Integrated Program over Regular B. Tech. course/ as over Lateral Entry cases.

For B.Tech+MBA

SRMU B.Tech+MBA Eligibilty Criteria

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects alongwith one of the Chemistry/Computer Science/Technical Vocational Subject. Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University B.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates interested in pursuing B.Tech from this institution must have cleared their senior secondary or 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate if they belong to the General or OBC category. For candidates of SC / ST category the aggregate is 40% and above. The subject combination must consist of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the 10+2 curriculum. This subject combination can, however, change depending upon the B.Tech course opted by the candidates. For some courses instead of Chemistry, Computer Science or Technical Vocational Subject can be combined with Physics and Mathematics.

For any Bachelor of Arts, course candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised institution or Central or State board. English must be a major subject in 10+2 with other subjects that can be secondary in the list. Candidates must have a minimum of 45% aggregate if they belong to the General or OBC category. For doing LLB at the undergraduate level, candidates need to produce a valid score card of 10+2 board examination and bachelor degree from any University or AICTE recognised Institute/College in any stream. The Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University Admission Process begins with the registration for a particular course. Candidates will first have to register themselves on the official website. Candidates must also remember that admission in B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA, BCA, BA in Mass Communication and Journalism, the admission will be offered on first come and first serve basis depending upon the number of seat availability. For LLB, Integrated B.A. + LL.B, Integrated B.Com + LLB, Integrated BBA + LLB courses, admissions will be offered by the Institute of Legal Studies, on similar ground as that of the above-mentioned courses. Similarly, for Master level courses the admission requirements are the same. For candidates interested in taking admission in LL.M will additionally have to appear for the written test organised by the admission cell of the Institute of Legal Studies. Candidates qualifying the admission procedure will be sent to the final stage of Personal Interview after which the candidates will be granted to take admission in the course for which they have applied. With the submission of the requisite admission fee, candidates will successfully secure their seat for the course. It is also to note that any decision taken by Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University shall be the final decision and no changes will further be entertained once the final decision has been declared.Therefore, it is important for candidates to follow each step towards a successful admission carefully and attentively with the correct method and procedure as prescribed in the institutional guidelines.
