The Budge Budge Institute of Technology does not offer B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering. Therefore, you can not get lateral entry admission to B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering at this college. The fees for the B.Tech (lateral entry) course is Rs 3,00,900 for the complete course. If you are interested in BBIT Kolkata then you can try out other specialisations of B.Tech for admission such as civil engineering, computer science & engineering, information technology, and others.

-Answered on Aug-11-2023Dear Student, BBIT takes admissions on the basis of WBJEE score. If they have seats left then they will allow you for BBIT admissions. The registration process for the WBJEE 2023 mop-up round of counselling is scheduled to begin on August 14, 2023. You are advised to complete their registration before this date. The seat allotment results for the mop-up round will be announced by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) on August 22, 2023.
