CEPT University B.Arch and BUD Admission Process 2026

The admission process differs between B.Arch and BUD in its evaluation stages.

B.Arch Admission Process 

Admission to the B.Arch program at CEPT University for All India Category seats follows a merit-based process with no interview or design test.

  1. Applications received at admissions.cept.ac.in are screened for eligibility.
  2. For eligible candidates, a merit mark is calculated: 50% weightage of Class 12 aggregate marks plus 50% weightage of the valid NATA 2026 score.
  3. An admission offer is sent by email to eligible candidates in order of their merit rank to their registered email ID.
  4. Candidates must pay the program fee within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the online admission offer.

For ACPC, GoG seats, the admission procedure is governed by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Government of Gujarat. Candidates must refer to gujacpc.admissions.nic.in for details and apply separately.

BUD Admission Process

Admission to the BUD program follows a three-stage online evaluation process.

  1. Meet Eligibility Criteria: All applications are screened to confirm that the applicant meets the eligibility criteria. Applications not meeting eligibility criteria are disqualified at this stage.
  2. Entrance Exam: All applicants must have a valid NATA 2026 score or a valid JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Plan) score. Applicants who have appeared for both tests may submit both scorecards.
  3. Merit List Preparation A merit list is prepared for eligible applicants based on 50% weightage of Class 12 aggregate marks and 50% weightage of the valid NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 score.
