Crescent School of Business (CBS), Chennai has an impressive placement record. The college follows personalized placements in which they understand the student’s competencies and strength and place them in the right company.The college works on leveraging the strengths of students toward a leadership role by providing individual coaching, personality tests, leadership workshops etc. Also, they arrange a mock interview, group discussion and written test for pre placements on the campus.

In the year 2017-18, the average salary in placement has gone up at Rs. 7 lakhs per annum and the roles were offered such as Management Trainee – Market Research, Consultants, HR Executive, Associate – Credit & Business, Business Analyst – Learning & development, Business Development Manager Manufacturing, Financial Services and others.
