Training & Placement Activities of DG Vaishnav College Placement
- Providing intensive training in communication, technical, aptitude, behavioural skills, and personality development programmes with reputed training partners.
- Inviting corporate trainers and Domain experts to train the students on specific requirements and make them Industry ready.
- To conduct workshops, guest lectures, motivational sessions and career guidance programmes for the students to select the right career choice.
- Arranging faculty development programme, and technical seminars by inviting resource persons from the industry for both faculty members

The curriculum effectively integrates theoretical knowledge with practical experience gained during our internships.am placed in Home First Finance with (6 LPA) with the best designation of Relationship Manager. Last year, 100% placement was achieved, and this year, most of them get placed with around a minimum of 5.5 CTC. Many companies come for placement like Amazon, Sundram Finance, Home First Finance, HDFC, Soft Gen, Zoho.Out of the total, 80% of the candidates were successfully placed in renowned companies such as Hyundai, Societies Genrale, HDFC, E&Y, and Sundaram Home Finance. The highest package offered was 9 Lacs, while the lowest package received was 3 Lacs. On average, the candidates secured a package of 5 Lacs. It is worth mentioning that nearly 10 individuals were able to secure placements.
