Federal Institute of Hotel Management (FIHM) Noida offers four hospitality programmes for candidates after Class 10, Class 12, and graduation. The B.Voc in Hotel Management is a three-year UGC-approved degree with 60 seats, covering hotel operations, management subjects, and industrial training. The one-year Diploma in Hotel Management and Diploma in Culinary Arts are open after Class 10, with 60 and 25 seats respectively. The PG Diploma in Hotel Management is a one-year programme for graduates, with 30 seats available.

Annual fees range from INR 1,15,000 to INR 1,45,000, with the B.Voc programme totalling INR 4,35,000 over three years. All programmes run Monday to Friday, combining theory with practical lab sessions. Off-campus hostel accommodation is available, with fees ranging from INR 8,500 to INR 12,000 per month, inclusive of mess charges.

Diploma in Hotel Management — 1 Year

A short, skill-intensive diploma open to candidates after Class 10. The programme covers the four operational pillars of hotel management and is ideal for students looking for quick employment-ready training in the hospitality sector.

Diploma in Culinary Arts — 1 Year

A specialised programme for aspirants interested in becoming professional chefs. The course covers continental and Indian cooking, bakery and confectionery, kitchen management, food costing, hygiene, and presentation. Students train extensively in the institute's bakery & confectionery and food production labs.

PG Diploma in Hotel Management — 1 Year

Designed for graduates from any stream who wish to pivot into hospitality. The PG Diploma offers a fast-track route to managerial entry-level roles in hotels, restaurants, and the broader hospitality and tourism industry.

NDIM Noida provides off-campus hostel facility with fees ranging from INR 8,500 to INR 12,000 per month, depending on room type. Both shared and single occupancy rooms are available, with mess charges included in the hostel fee.
