To get admission in MA English Literature at Panjab University through the PUCET PG exam, you need to meet both the qualifying and the competitive cut-off criteria. The minimum qualifying marks (Pass Percentage) are:

• General: at least 35% of the total marks
• SC/ST/BC/PwDs: 30% of the total marks

Yes, you can apply to GCG Ludhiana college even if your Class 12 results are not out yet. This is called Provisional Admission. Visit the college's official website and you will find a student login link. Click on that, add your details and choose the course you want to study and you will get all data regarding your application & admission process. 

Do note that admission is strictly based on merit scores in the last qualifying exam or course-level entrances accepted by it.
