Overall There was a long pending demand of the people of Bahal and surrounding villages within a radius of about60kms for opening co-educational degree colleges as it was not possible for the parents to send their wards at far off palace for getting higher studies and consequently their wards used to get deprived of the opportunity of getting higher education. this demand of the people could not even be mated out at the state govt. level despite of efforts due to financial stringencies.
