Overall: GITAM is one of the finest and most reputed private universities that I know of. They have a vast number of programmes and courses one can choose from.

Placement: GITAM has had an excellent placement record over the past 4-5 years with companies like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, HCL etc offering on-campus jobs. A company like cognizant has a record of placing many students in a day. My friends and I are placed at well-known companies through on-campus placements. In my view, it is one of the ideal colleges one can opt for. Totally worth it.

Faculty: Education-wise, the college is good but honestly, it depends on us how much we are willing to learn and grow. The college had well-qualified faculty on board at our time who focused on learning outcomes and helped explore our capabilities. Unlike other private colleges, GITAM conducts seminars and workshops where we, as students, get great exposure. Education is purely based on value. Frequent guest lectures are often taken up by experts who are highly knowledgeable in their respective fields. Even if guest lecturers from foreign universities visit, I would suggest not to miss out on those. Regular tests are conducted by professors to make sure we understand things better. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, I have not seen being done in other private colleges.

Overall: Placement at GITAM is the best. I am a fresh graduate of this college. Done my graduation and when the time came of placement, universities flooded the companies like thing. One after the other that too big brands like Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, SAL labs, Practo, Josh Technologies, PayU Payments, Unisys, D.E. Shaw, Gemini, John Deer, Cubastion, Deloitte, Sapient, and many more. If I talk about 'big MNCs' the list becomes stronger - Cognizant, Wipro , Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Mindtree, Polaris, IBM, NewGen, Zycus - the list is never-ending. I have faced 3-4 companies a day. They will provide you with the platform, the rest all depends upon your caliber and the day. And it's due to campus only, I was placed in 5 companies. You have to hit the company. You should have good communication skills, logic, and reasoning. Even they provide special classes for placements. All credit goes to the efforts made by the faculty and university.

Overall: I had a great academic exposure during my time at GITAM. Students here get to work on live projects because of which they are able to learn in depth about their subjects. They also get to attend the workshops and guest lectures during their time in the campus which actually help them gain valuable knowledge.

Placement: One thing that I really liked about my time in the university is that numerous companies visit the campus for recruitment. I was able to sit in the recruitment drives of a couple of good companies all because of GITAM. Top recruiters such as Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Capgemini, Microsoft, Cognizant Technology Solutions, etc. visit the campus for recruitment. The university also conducts placement mentoring sessions for the students to prepare them well for the placement drives in the future.

Infrastructure: GITAM's campus is one of the best lush green campuses of India. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library and a huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own labs and stationery shop. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available.

Faculty: Another thing that I liked about the university was that it has some of the best teachers on board. Not only did they make the classroom sessions interesting, but they were also were very friendly and catered to any doubts I had about a particular topic. They did not compromise on the quality of the students. They have a rigorous admission process.

Overall: GITAM envisions the achievement of organizational goals not only by conferring education par excellence, but also elevating the level of thinking and attitude of its students by inculcating in them the values of inventiveness, entrepreneurship, and service to society.

Placement: GITAM has a good placement record for all stream students. Every year more than 50+ companies including national and multinational companies visit GITAM for placement. A few of them are BOSCH, Microsoft, Code Nation, Adobe, etc. in which students are placed. The highest package offered for the ECE programme at GITAM is 31 LPA and the average package is 5.1 LPA.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. On the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and students, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM, etc. It's a wonderfully lovely campus with wonderful people; the professors are so humble and easy to get along with. They have a natural ability to comprehend their students. GITAM Campus is well ahead of its time in terms of invention, creativity, students hustling, organizing events, and students coming forward with ideas for their businesses.

Faculty: All faculty members are well-qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. They are very much helpful even after class hours.

Overall: Our college has got the highest record of recruiting people into MNCs. Both on-campus and off-campus recruitment activities frequently happen, which is less common among colleges like us. Cultural programs and other activities made me more active, and I have participated in events frequently.

Infrastructure: GITAM has all the needed advanced infrastructure to make education effective and enjoyable. The classrooms are digitally enabled and the libraries are digitally accessible so that there would be no time wasted while accessing the books. The learning aids in the form of digital projection, advanced technology helped me in many ways. The course structure was designed parallelly to suit the live environment in the industry. It helped me to relate my skills to the outside world. Sports play a vital role in college and various sports activities are held. Also, sports activities at GITAM give me an excellent opportunity for me to show my sportive spirit and prove my talent in my interest in sports.

Overall: AcademicsThe most critical factor of college life, due to its huge linkages with the corporate world, This college upgrades its curriculum continuously to keep up with the demands of the corporate which will ultimately hire the students. They follow experiential learning techniques which make it easy for students to understand the difficult and complex parts of the curriculum. Faculty- Comparing the faculty of GITAM with other institutes one thing which I could say is that the faculty is really good in quality as they not only have good teaching skills but also have a very supportive behavior towards their students. Training and Internships Students at GITAM also get opportunities for summer training and internships, which allows them to witness actual work environments and apply their knowledge to solve real-life situations.
