Our hostels are there at all times to help and meet their needs.

Overall: I am currently pursuing my B.Tech in Computer Science from GITAM Vizag and I can assure you this is one of the best institutes you can come across. The institute is equipped with all the required facilities for the students along with state-of-the-art infrastructure. For B.Tech, we have different technical labs depending on the technical concepts that we study. The laboratories at GITAM are fully equipped with all the tools and latest technologies.

Infrastructure: The classrooms of GITAM are also technical with smartboards, ACs, projectors, and everything we need. We also have a very good library at GITAM which is fully equipped with almost all the books and journals one needs. Sports are encouraged at GITAM and there are apt facilities for various sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, badminton, etc. The institute also conducts annual sports events for the students. Apart from sports, various other cultural events are also organized by GITAM every year where the students are provided with a platform to showcase their talents. The hostels are also very good at GITAM. We have separate hostels for boys and girls. Within the hostel, we have everything we need including ACs, comfortable beds, hygienic mess facilities, ATMs, a canteen, and many other facilities. The safety of girls at GITAM is also taken care of as a priority. All in all, GITAM Vizag is a wonderful place to study while also experiencing new things.

Hostel: While the hostel does shut down for cleaning from 11am to 2pm daily, the owners are pretty relaxed about it. Just let them know beforehand if you need access during that time. They'd rather have you out exploring with friends anyway! Hostel life has definitely been a transformative experience for me.

Overall: Placements: Our college's placements tend to be relatively good, and any student who does not have a waiting list will be placed. This year, I believe a pay package of 22 LPA was offered, although the typical wage package offered will be 6 LPA. I think it's a reasonable deal. Overall, I am delighted with this university. There are sports, a café, dormitories for boys and girls, an auditorium, wi-fi, a bank, labs, and other facilities at Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management in Visakhapatnam. The university has separate dorms for guys and girls. The dormitory rooms are fully furnished, with furniture and equipment, as well as running water and electricity. The hostel wardens are in charge of the security and safety of the dorms. A 24-hour security system has also been installed. In university housing, there are also on-call doctors and indoor activities. Faculty: Because every member of the faculty has earned a minimum degree from an NIT or IIT, instruction is of the highest calibre. I have to say that, overall, my time at GITAM Vizag has been great. How valuable our previous financial investments have been is determined by their value.
