If you had already joined and completed the first year of Electrical Engineering, it is not possible to change your branch now. If you are aspiring to get admission in Computer Science Engineering, you will have to seek fresh admission in the first-year course. However, please give us clarity whether you have taken admission in first-year Electric Engineering or have completed the first year so that we can provide you with the exact information.
