HCCN Campus
Infrastructure:-The nursing college is situated in Kedarpur, two kilometer away from Ambikapur town. The campus is spread over an area of 17 acres of land rich with lush green garden and fresh air and well equipped with all advanced audio- visual aids supportive learning environment . Students from across the country are prepared for their future carrier in Nursing .
Conference Hall:-In the main block there is an air conditioned conference hall which can accommodate 40-50 people, where frequent conferences, workshops and seminars, guest lectures are organized by different batches of students to enhance the knowledge of the student nurses.
Library:-One of the greatest asset of any educational institution is the treasure of books. Holy Cross College of Nursing library offers an extensive range of recourses and services to support teaching and learning. The library is specious with rich collection of books 4152, journals, periodicals magazine both national and international, bound volumes of old journals and periodicals, audio-video materials learning CD, news papers . It provides a place to study, material for study and services to assist study. Internet facility also has been provided to quench the thirst of knowledge. Library is updated from time to time with new books for teachers and students.
Auditorium:-The auditorium is with state-of-art multimedia system. It has a seating capacity of 450. It is well- designed stage with soft touch operated curtain system, modern high tech. sound and light system. It is frequently used for events of the college and for multipurpose use.
Hostel Facility:-The residence is well-furnished three story building that can accommodate 250 students including teaching staff. The rooms are well ventilated, spacious, surrounded by greeneries, flowers, fruits, small animal zoo. Hostel has a visiting room, recreation room with TV, study room, infirmary with two beds, laundry, kitchen, store room and dining room. We have warden round the clock to see for the needs of the inmates, and supervision of cleanliness of the hoste,Hygienic mess facility & 24 hours security.
Wi-Fi Campus:-High speed internet service for students and administrative staff.
Clinical Facilities:-Holy Cross Hospital is a 450 bedded hospital managed by Sisters of the Mercy of the Holy Cross, registered under the name of Pavitra Cruz Sisters Association where the students get hands on training in different units such as general medical, surgical, orthopedic, delivery block, pediatrics unit, newborn unit, ICU, O.T, burn unit, dialysis, etc under the direct supervision and guidance of college faculty and staff of the hospital.
Transport Facility:-We have 40 setter and 25 setter two buses and 9 setter Bolero jeep for the purposes of transporting staff and students for the field work and other work.
