ICFAI University Nagaland Admission Process for UG and PG Courses 2026

Step 1: Visit the official website at www.iunagaland.edu.in and click on “Apply Now”, or directly access the online registration portal at www.iunagaland.edu.in/online-registration.

Step 2: Register using a valid email ID and mobile number, then fill out the application form with your personal details such as academic qualifications, and programme preference.

Step 3: Upload scanned copies of the required documents, including the Class 10th and 12th marksheets (and graduation documents for PG courses), domicile certificate, a valid photo ID, and passport-size photographs.

Step 4: Pay the Admission Fee online via debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Step 5: Submit the application form and save the application reference number.

Step 6: The university reviews each application and shortlists candidates for a Personal Interview (PI). The interview assesses academic performance, extracurricular activities, and interest in the chosen programme.

Step 7: The admission decision is shared after the PI, and selected candidates receive a Provisional Admission Letter.

Step 8: Pay the semester fee by the given deadline (July 21, 2026 for UG and August 04, 2026 for PG) to confirm your seat.

Step 9: Report to the university campus with original certificates for verification, complete the registration formalities, and receive your enrolment number.

Step 1: Submit the online application before August 07, 2026.

Step 2: Appear for the written test on August 12, 2026 at the campus.

Step 3: Attend the Personal Interview on August 14, 2026 if shortlisted.

Step 4: Check results on August 17, 2026.

Step 5: Complete fee payment by August 27, 2026 to confirm admission.

Step 6: Classes commence from September 01, 2026.

ICFAI University Nagaland accepts applications through its official online portal. There is no offline application form. The process takes about 15–20 minutes to complete if all documents are ready.

Online Application Steps

• Go to the ICFAI University Nagaland admissions portal at https://www.iunagaland.edu.in/online-registration to apply online.
• Click on 'Apply Now' and select the programme (UG / PG / Ph.D) you wish to apply for.
• Register using your active email ID and mobile number. A verification OTP will be sent.
• Fill in personal details (name, date of birth, address), academic details (10+2 / graduation marks, board/university name), and upload a recent passport-size photograph.
• Upload scanned copies of all required documents in the specified format (PDF/JPG, under 1 MB typically).
• Pay the admission fee of INR 5,000 for UG or INR 10,000 for PG/PhD online using debit card, credit card, or net banking.
• Review and submit the form, then download the confirmation receipt and keep your application reference number safe.
• The university will contact you regarding the Personal Interview date and time via email or mobile.

ICFAI University Nagaland Application/Admission Fee

• The admission fee also cover the application processing fee.
• UG courses (BA, BCom, BBA, BCA) admission fee is INR 5,000.
• PG courses (MBA, MCA, MA, MCom, MLibISc) admission fee is INR 10,000.
• PhD programme admission fee is INR 20,000.
• Admission fees are non-refundable once paid.
• Semester fee and caution deposit are paid after admission confirmation.

Candidates are required to bring original documents and self-attested photocopies for verification during registration. In addition, digital copies (PDF/JPG) must be uploaded while filling out the online application. The full list of documents is provided below:
