The primary topics covered in the BSc Hotel Management course syllabus are Front Office, Personality and Communication Development, Food Production, Housekeeping, Hygiene and Sanitation, Laundry Operations, Food Science, Food and Beverage Service, Nutrition, etc. B.A. Culinary Arts covers Principles of Food Production, Essential Culinary Arts (Indian and International), Essential Bakery & Confectionery, Basic Nutrition, Indian and International Ethnic Cuisines, Food and Beverage Service, Menu Development, Food Cost Control, Hospitality financial accounting.

After pursuing a B. Sc. in Hospitality Studies, you may seek employment as Catering Officer (INR 4.5 LPA), Hospitality Executive (INR 6.4 LPA), Hotel Manager (INR 9.45 LPA), etc. The employment opportunities after B.A. Culinary Arts include Executive Chef (INR 6 - 12 LPA), Pastry Chef (INR 3 - 7 LPA), Catering Manager (INR 4 - 8 LPA), Restaurant Manager (INR 4 - 9 LPA), Research & Development Chef (INR 5 - 10 LPA), Entrepreneur that involves Restaurant Owner, Cloud Kitchen, etc. (INR 5 - 15+ LPA).
