IIT Palakkad B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Eligibility Criteria

To pursue a B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) degree at IIT Palakkad, Palakkad, aspiring candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria. Firstly, they should have passed their 10+2 examination or any equivalent examination from a recognized board. Secondly, they must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects during their 10+2 education. Additionally, candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate score of 75% (65% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) in these subjects. It is important to note that qualifying the JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main and subsequently the JEE Advanced is mandatory for admission to the B.Tech. program at IIT Palakkad, Palakkad.
