Note: All admissions at IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences are conducted through the centralised counselling process managed by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB).

Note: The total tuition fee for the M.Sc. Nursing programme is INR 3,15,000 for the complete course duration.

Students admitted to IQ City Institute of Nursing Sciences must complete the fee payment process through Demand Draft (DD), Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs), or direct bank transfer. The institute follows a PDC-based fee payment system for all future instalments.

Step 1: Prepare the First Instalment Demand Draft
Draw a Demand Draft in favour of IQ City Institute of Nursing Sciences, payable at Durgapur.

Step 2: Arrange Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs)
Prepare Post-Dated Cheques for all remaining instalments according to the prescribed fee payment schedule. All PDCs must be issued in favour of IQ City Institute of Nursing Sciences.

Step 3: Report to the Institute After Seat Allotment
After WBJEEB counselling and seat allotment, candidates must report to the institute with all original documents, the Demand Draft, and the required PDCs for admission confirmation.

Step 4: Complete the Payment Process
Submit the Demand Draft and all required Post-Dated Cheques at the admissions office during reporting and document verification.

Step 5: Keep the Payment Receipts Safe
Students are advised to retain all fee payment receipts and transaction records, as they are required during WBUHS registration, annual verification, and other academic processes.
