Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences Admission Latest Update

NEET UG 2026 exam will be tentatively held in May 2026. Registrations are expected to begin in the first or second week of February 2026.

The NEET UG 2025 Round 5 counselling registration for BDS and BSc Nursing has begun on mcc.nic.in. Candidates can register until 3 PM today and pay the fee by 6 PM. The choice-filling window for Round 5 will remain open until December 11, and the seat allotment result is scheduled to be announced on December 12.

THE NEET UG 2026 exam will be tentatively held on May 3, 2026. Registration is expected to open in the first week of February, with no changes in the exam pattern.

Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences GNM Admission

  • Minimum and Maximum age for admission are 17 yrs and 35 yrs respectively.

  • Minimum education; 10+2 class passed or its equivalent preferably with science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) subjects with aggregate of 40% mark and 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

  • Those who have cleared 10+2 vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.

  • Admission of students shall be once in a year.

  • Students shall be medically fit.

  • ANM training i.e. 10+1 1/2 yr training should also have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination.

  • Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and English(PCBE) with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

  • Minimum and Maximum age for admission are 17 yrs and 35 yrs respectively.

  • Both male and female candidates can apply

  • Candidates should be medically fit for the course.

  • Candidate should be a registered Nurse or Registered midwife or equivalent with any state Nursing Registration Council.

  • The minimum education requirement shall be passing of B.Sc.Nursing/B.Sc.Hons.Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with Minimum of 55% aggregate marks.(5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates)
