Matri Prem College of Education offers a two-year D.El.Ed programme. This programme is offered in affiliation with the Bihar School Exam Board, Patna. Students who have passed the Class 12 exam in any stream and with a minimum of 50% marks may apply for this programme. The Matri Prem College of Education course fee for D.El.Ed is Rs 65,000 per year. Students who will complete D.El.Ed from the college will be eligible for primary-level school teaching jobs across the country.
