NIT Arunachal Pradesh M-Tech. (VLSI Design & Embedded System) - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2025

The fee for M-Tech. (VLSI Design & Embedded System) at NIT Arunachal Pradesh is 140000 INR. M-Tech. (VLSI Design & Embedded System) admission 2024 at NIT Arunachal Pradesh will be based on GATE, CCMT.

To pursue an M.Tech. (Master of Technology) degree at the National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh Papum Pare, aspiring candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 60% (or 6.5 CGPA) from a recognized university or institute. Additionally, candidates must have a valid GATE score in the relevant discipline. Relaxation in eligibility criteria is provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.
