Diploma courses for the academic year 2026-27 is now open. The last date for application and fee deposit is 30-04-2026. The application fees are as follows: P.G. Diploma Courses - Rs. 1500/-, M.Sc. (Sports Coaching) - Rs. 1000/-, P.G. Diploma in Sports Performance Analysis - Rs. 2500/-.

The Sports Authority of India (SAI) through its Academic Wing NSNIS, Patiala, conducts a Six-Week Certificate Course in Sports Coaching twice in a year. It is conducted in many centres across the country including in cities like Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, SRM University, Kancheepuram (TN), A.N. University, Guntur (A.P) etc. The programmes is meant for men and women working in schools/ colleges/ universities/ industrial houses and other such agencies that are associated with sports.
