What students says about Punjab National Nursing School

Clinical and theoretical classes are held from 8am to 1pm.
There is a one hour lunch break and from 2pm to 5pm theory classes are held.
In the first year, students are provided with basic knowledge of nursing and every year two assessment tests are taken, one in December and the other in May.
The college is located in a prime location and students have access to the Nehru Hospital.
The college offers many short term courses with the degree, including a 4 month pediatric nursing course and a 3 month obstetrics and gynecology course.

There are strict rules in the college.
The college has a bond system where students who sign a bond agree to serve in PGIMER or any central government hospital for 3 years.

Overall: Overall experience was average. I have got some very good friends. Some teachers who motivate us even infrastructure was really nice. Hostel was also good.

Placement: Not every student of this institute gets placement. Only less numbers of student gets placed like 30%. BUT IF YOU WORK HARD SURELY YOU'LL GET THE PLACEMENT

Infrastructure: If I talk about infrastructure, the buildings are creatively made.Arena for sports was available.Libraries are available.WI services are available.Yeah , this institute infrastructure wise is good

Faculty: Faculties of this institute are really helping in nature and supportive at the same time. They are well qualified and motivates the students to do well in all the areas

Hostel: Hostel facility is good. Quality of food served by mess is average but we used to get varieties each day. Overall cleanliness and hygiene is maintained here
