State-quota seats are allotted through Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University online counselling. The university conducts the rounds and seat allotment for B.Pharm, B.Pharm Lateral and D.Pharm.

• Register on the UTU counselling portal at uktech.ac.in and create a login ID and password.
• Pay the counselling fee of INR 2,000 (non-refundable).
• Fill your choices of institute and course in order of preference.
• Check seat allotment. On a seat, choose Freeze, Float or Withdraw, and deposit INR 10,000 online to hold the seat.
• Report to Siddhartha Institute of Pharmacy with original documents and pay the balance fee within the given dates.
