Bundelkhand University Admission 2023: For admission to various UG and PG courses at the university, the UPTAC Counselling schedule has been released. For BTech admissions, the UPTAC round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on September 18, 2023. For all other UG and PG Bundelkhand University course admissions (except B.Pharm) based on CUET, the 1st seat allotment result will be declared on September 19, 2023.  The choice-filling for BTech can be done from September 15 to September 17, 2023.

Bundelkhand University admission is offered at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. Admissions shall be made according to the Rank of the candidate and as per marks in the eligibility exam, subject to fulfilling the eligibility requirements and availability of a seat in the particular course for which the candidate has applied and appeared. Bundelkhand University Application Process 2023

The application process for Bundelkhand University is completely online. Candidates are required to follow the below-mentioned steps to complete the Bundelkhand University application process:

Step 1: Register on the official admission portal of Bundelkhand University (www.bujhansi.ac.) with basic details, including name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password

Step 2: Fill in the Bundelkhand University application form.

Step 3:  Registration fee for Online Application Form shall be submitted online through SBI net banking or through ATM/Debit/Credit Card of any nationalized bank. For online fee submission, additional bank charges have to be paid. Applicants are advised to note down the Unique ID, BU Reference No., Bank Reference No./Transaction ID and Application ID for any future communication with the University. 

Step 4: After the fee submission, applicants shall be redirected to the University website where options for printing Bundelkhand University admission forms and fee receipt shall be given. Printout of the pay-in-slip of SBI along with the printout of the application form is to be taken by the applicant and keep with them for future reference. 

Note: Candidates are not required to send printout of filled form of ET/DA course to Bundelkhand University. The candidate shall download their admit card for the entrance test from the university website i.e. (bujhansi.ac.in) for Bundelkhand University admission.

The Bundelkhand University counselling date 2023 for B.Tech, B.Arch, and various CUET-based courses has been released. For B.Tech admission, the university accepts the JEE Main scores followed by the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC). For B.Arch admission, the NATA scores are considered. Bundelkhand University Jhansi Scholarships and Funding

1. A scholarship support cell should be established in every department. The cell will provide full cooperation to the students from the filling of the scholarship application form till the final submission and will compulsorily make the mobile numbers and email IDs of the committee members available in the BU Jhansi Scholarships department.

2. The Head of the Department/Coordinator should instruct the students that before final submission of the scholarship application form, after getting the self-checked format, get it compulsorily checked by the office of the department or the Head of the Department/Coordinator, and in case of error Reject the application from your own level, that application should not be forwarded to the scholarship section.

3. The income certificate of the student/girls should be in the name of the father only after the death of the mother and only after that the income certificate in the name of the student/student is not valid. Intensive checking of the income certificate Forward the BU Jhansi Scholarships application form only after that, if any kind of error is found regarding the income certificate in the future, then it will be the full responsibility of the Head of the Department.

4. The head of the department/coordinator should solve the problems of the scholarship application form of the students from the departmental office level itself if there is such a problem of any student which is not being resolved from the level of the department. In such a case the representative of the department can personally come and contact the Bundelkhand University Scholarships section. Students should not be sent to the scholarship section for unnecessary work.

5. After the timetable is announced, within one week from the date of filling out the scholarship application form, all the Bundelkhand University Scholarship Forms that have been filled should be checked and forwarded to the scholarship section without waiting for the last date.

6. The computerized list of scholarship applications to be forwarded must be made available to Smt. Rekha Richharia, Junior Assistant, Scholarship Department along with the signature, date, and seal of the Head of the Department and obtain the receipt of the list by submitting the form, in the list Registration No., Roll No., Enrollment No., Student's Name, Father's Name, Student's Attendance Percentage, Full Score/Marks, and Course Name must be there and a copy of the list should be sent to the email ID. be sent to bupostmatric@bujhansi.ac.in.

7. Only e-affidavits by the students will be valid and only the student and his guardian will remain as parties to the affidavit.

8. Students should not forward the scholarship application form in case the name of the course in which the student is studying is wrong and the course filled in the scholarship application form is wrong.

9. Instructions have also been given to implement the biometric attendance process as per the instructions dated 07.04.2022 of the Director C-51/S.A./Education-A/31403/2022-23.

10. According to the timetable for filling the scholarship application form on the BU Jhansi Scholarship Portal which is called Bundelkhand Research Portal, the department should encourage the students/girls to fill the scholarship application at the earliest, so that the department can forward the applications in time and send them to the scholarship section for advance action.

Bundelkhand University Hostel Facilities

Bundelkhand University Girls Hostels - Presently, two Girls Hostels, i.e., P.G. Women's Hostel and Jhalkari Bai Girls' hostel with a capacity to accommodate 150 and 300 inmates, respectively, are effectively operational and work on an SC/ST Women Hostel is in progress. 

• All the existing hostels are equipped with the requisite facilities in terms of security, food, furnishing, telephone, regular power, and water supply, provision of hot and cold water during winters and summers with recreation and T.V. Room, etc. Both hostels will have in-house Internet access by the beginning of the coming academic session.
• The University has four girl's Hostels namely: 1. PG Women Hostel with a capacity to accommodate 120 girl students. 2. Veerangana Jhalkari Bai Girls Hostel accommodates 248 girl students 3. Samta (SC/ST) Girls Hostel with the capacity to accommodate 152 girl students 4. OBC Girls Hostel has the capacity to accommodate 32 girl students 5. 
• BUIC Annexe has the capacity to accommodate 51 girls Each hostel is equipped with the required infrastructure and electrical fixtures. The hostels have recreation facilities and indoor games. Each hostel has a separate mess. The hostels have a clean and green ambiance with open lawns and space. The Hostel authorities ensure discipline and a healthy environment on the hostel premises. 

Bundelkhand University Boys Hostel- Lord Buddha PG Boys Hostel has accommodation for more than 150 students. Like the Girl's Hotels, the Boy's Hostel is equipped with all the required provisions. A new SC/ST Boys hostel with accommodation for over 200 students is likely to be operational at the outset of the forthcoming academic session
