Passing 10+2 or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology is required.

Note: BEEE conducted by BIHER, Chennai has to be attempted by the student for admission into B.Tech.

Undergraduate degree with a first-class grade or a grade point average of 60% or higher is required for admission into MBA, MCA at BIHER.

Any B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent examinations certified by the UGC/AICTE in the applicable branch with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA are eligible for respective courses at BIHER.

Undergraduate degree with a first-class grade or a grade point average of 60% or higher.

Passed 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% in each subject. 

A candidate must have received a minimum of 50% in their Bachelor of Architecture degree course.

Landscape Architecture is the only specialization offered by the university.
