For admission in SFI Noida's Bachelor of Art and Bachelor of Design courses the candidates must have the following:

• The Candidate should have passed or will be appearing in the current academic year for the (10+2) or equivalent of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and the Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
• Or, any recognized public School/ Board/ University examination equivalent to the 10+2 system in India or abroad (Approved by AIU, New Delhi).
• Or, a passing grade in a minimum of five subjects in the National Open School’s Senior Secondary School Examination.

Postgraduate Courses

For admission to SFI Noida's Postgraduate Diploma in Fashion Design course the candidates must have the following:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University or a Bachelor's degree from a Foreign University (approved by AIU, New Delhi) 
• or, Candidates appearing during the current academic year are also eligible to apply for Satyam Fashion Institute admissions.

Who is eligible?

• Should be an Indian national.
• Should have secured admission to higher education courses in recognized institutions in India through Entrance Test / Merit Based Selection process after completing 12th standard or equivalent.
• In states with no common entrance test (CET), the applicant must secure 60% for generals and 55% for SC / ST students in the qualifying examination as cut-off marks.
• Wherever the common entrance test (CET) is absent for securing admission to post-graduate courses/research programs, then employment and reputation of the institution concerned should be the criteria.
• The student applicant must not be in gainful employment.

The Delhi NCR fashion institute conducts an entrance exam to shortlist candidates for admission in April/ May each year. Satyam Fashion Institute also issues admit cards for the design entrance exam/ CET via mail. Candidates should keep in mind that the college's admit cards would not send cards to them by any other means, such as by post or by hand.
