SGSITS admission 2024: JEE Main session 2 registration is ongoing till March 2, 2024 and the exam will be held from April 4 to 15, 2024 for BTech admissions at the university. Further, GATE answer key for MTech admission will be out on February 21, 2024. SGSITS admissions are based on merit, national-level entrance exams and past academic records. MBA	Management of business studies.	BBA or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Accepted exam: CMAT
M.Sc	Applied physics, applied chemistry, applied mathematics & computational science.	B.Sc or its equivalent examination in the relevant field of study with a minimum score of 45%.
B.E	Civil engineering, computer science engineering, electronics & instrumentation engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, and mechanical engineering.	Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum 45% aggregate in English, physics, chemistry/biotechnology and Mathematics. Accepted exam: JEE Main
B.Pharm.	-	Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board in English, physics, chemistry and mathematics/ biology/ biotechnology.
M.E/M.Tech	Civil engineering, computer science engineering, electronics & instrumentation engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, and mechanical engineering.	BE/ B.Tech or its equivalent examination in the relevant branch of study with a minimum 55% aggregate (45% for SC/ ST candidates) Accepted exam: GATE
MCA	-	Bachelor’s degree with mathematics in Class 12 or graduation level with at least 50% marks
M.Pharm.	Pharmaceutical chemistry, industrial pharmacy	B.Pharm in the relevant branch of study with 55% of marks. (45% for SC/ST/ Other backward categories.
PhD	-	Graduation: 60%

SGSITS Admission Process 2023

Course	Admission Process
BE/B. Tech	Online off-campus counselling will be conducted in accordance with the 2008 regulation issued in the MP Government Gazette (As amended). For lateral entry: Candidate must have passed a regular 3-year engineering diploma programme in any branch of engineering/ technology from a university recognised by AICTE/UGC, with a minimum of 45%.
B.Pharm.	Lateral entry: A candidate must have passed a regular 2- years diploma programme in pharmacy from an institution recognised by AICTE/ UGC with a minimum of 45%.
M.E/ M.Tech	The counselling process for SGSITS M.Tech admission to M.E/ M.Tech programmes is conducted online by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) MP on the basis of valid GATE scores.
MBA	The counselling process for SGSITS MBA admission to this program is conducted by Directorate of Technical Education M.P. Bhopal. Candidates seeking admission are requested to visit the counselling website for the counselling schedule, application process and other details.
