JEE Main 2024 session 2 registration begins from February 2, 2024. The last date for registration is March 2, 2024, and the exam will be held from April 4 to April 15, 2024, in online mode.
VNIT Nagpur has begun the admission process for the academic year 2024-25. JEE Main 2024 session 2 registration will end on March 2, 2024. JEE Main 2024 session 2 is scheduled for April 4 - April 15, 2024. On the other hand, JAM 2024 will be conducted on February 11, 2024.
Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, was established in 1960. On June 26, 2002, the Government of India granted the institute deemed to be university status (under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956)). VNIT Nagpur was previously known as Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering (VRCE) and was set up in 1960. It was one of the 12 institutes chosen by the MHRD, Government of India for the BRICS Network University on behalf of India. VNIT Nagpur has been ranked 12th in the architecture and planning category, 41st in the engineering category, and 82nd in the overall category in the NIRF Ranking List 2023. In 2022, its NIRF Ranking was 8th in the architecture category, 32nd in the engineering category and 68th in the overall category. It has also been ranked in the 1201-1500 band in the overall category in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023.
VNIT Nagpur is well-known for imparting quality education and is ranked fifth among all NITs. According to the Times Engineering Survey, it is also one of the top ten engineering institutes in the world and the 18th best engineering college in India, according to Outlook magazine. Admissions to VNIT Nagpur are available for B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech, M.Sc, and PhD programmes in chemistry, physics, mathematics, applied mechanics, humanities & social sciences, and other engineering disciplines.
